Each plan provides access to AIM’s physician network and medical coordination services.

Consult a Doctor
‍(Form Submission)

• If you have a medical question or need guidance, fill out the Consult a Doctor form or email doctor@aim.co.il
• A licensed AIM physician will review your submission and get back to you with personalized advice, instructions, or next steps.
• This is perfect for consultations or non-urgent questions, follow-ups, or when you need medical guidance without scheduling an in-person visit.

Telemedicine
‍(Phone Consultations)

• For real-time discussion over the phone with a doctor.
• Available daily until 9:00 PM. Email doctor@aim.co.il or contact the AIM office to schedule.
• Perfect for evaluating symptoms, discussing urgent but non-emergency concerns, or getting guidance when you cannot come to the AIM Medical Center.

Scheduling an In-Person Appointment

• To see a doctor or specialist in the AIM office or anywhere throughout the country, call, WhatsApp or email the AIM office to schedule a visit.
• The AIM team will coordinate all details, including any necessary referrals or scheduling diagnostic testing, ensuring a smooth in-person experience.

Emergency Assistance

• For medical emergencies only:
  Call 053-753-7111 for immediate support and coordination with urgent care providers.

Prescription Refills

• Contact the AIM office at least one week before your medication is needed.
• Ensure your doctor fills out the physician medical statement form so prescriptions can be refilled seamlessly throughout the year.
